No. Your questions, conversations and any files you share are used only to generate your results. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we never share it with other customers.

Free gives you grounded Q&A over our company data with the Lite model, and Spark and Apex too while your account holds purchased AI credits. Pro includes the Spark and Apex models, live web research, faster responses and document downloads each month. Max adds more AI credits, more document downloads, and curated financial data on the most companies, refreshed every day. Quantitative analysis, charts and the consulting methodologies — valuation, forensic, market, transfer pricing and event impact — work on every plan; the difference is depth. Lite handles the basics, Pro is moderately capable, and Max is highly capable of complex workflows and long-horizon tasks. The plan comparison above has the full breakdown.

Pro and Max prices are shown per month and billed annually, as one payment for 12 months. Prices in rupees exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout; checkout shows the full amount before you pay. Plans paid in rupees are a 12-month term that you renew with a manual payment, with no automatic charge. Plans paid in US dollars renew automatically each year until canceled. Free lasts 12 months from activation and does not renew automatically.

Your plan's monthly AI credits are used first and do not carry over: any left at the end of the month expire. Purchased AI credits are used after your monthly credits run out. While your account holds them, you can use every model (Lite, Spark and Apex), and your research requests are served ahead of Free requests when demand is high. They stay on your account for one year from purchase. Using them needs an active plan, and Free counts.

Prime Research creates documents such as PPT, XLS, PDF and DOC files on every plan. Pro includes 5 downloads each month and Max includes 20. Downloading the same document again in the same month doesn't use another download. Every AI credit pack also includes document downloads, one for every 1,000 credits, used after your plan's included downloads and valid for one year from purchase. A document downloaded with one of them stays unlocked, so downloading it again is free. On Free, downloads come with AI credit packs.

Fair usage limits keep documents quick to produce, and they are the same on every plan. A PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT or MD document can hold up to 20,000 characters of text (spaces not counted) and up to 100 KB of images; a spreadsheet (XLSX or CSV) can be up to 50 KB and never contains images; and a file can list up to 300 companies, directors or other entities. Only document and spreadsheet formats are published. If a document would exceed these limits it is not delivered — the assistant offers a smaller deliverable instead, such as totals, distributions or the top rows. Bulk extraction (every company in a large population, complete directories, or paging through data across turns) is not allowed: it violates the terms of service and can lead to suspension of the account.

No. Company reports are bought separately, one at a time or with report credits. Report credits are a separate wallet from AI credits and are valid for one year from purchase.

Free is open to everyone. Sign up, verify your email and log in, and your free access starts right away; if you already have a ZaubaCorp account, it starts as soon as you choose Free. We ask for your name and phone number once, when you sign up or before Free starts. Pro and Max remain waitlisted while we add GPU capacity, and our team reaches out to complete onboarding as soon as capacity allows.

Research runs on a limited pool of GPUs. When demand exceeds capacity, requests from Pro and Max plans and from accounts holding purchased AI credits are served first, and Free requests use the remaining capacity. Your monthly Free allowance is still spent before your purchased credits, and you keep priority for as long as purchased credits remain on your account. Purchased AI credits expire one year after purchase. If we cannot serve a request during a surge, it is not started and you can retry.
